Muscle Maximizer Pancakes Recipe:

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 2 tsp Muscle Maximizer
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

In a blender or food processor grind oats to a flour, add in Muscle Maximizer Powder, baking powder, salt and pulse a few times to combine. Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend until well mixed. Let stand about 5 min for the oats to absorb liquid, and voila! Store in fridge up to 5 days. ¼ cup per pancake should work great!
