All items that are not bulk (custom blends, herbs, spices, powders, tinctures) are refundable or exchangeable for 30 days.

We ship using FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, but some products are created on-demand, and may take 2 or more weeks to ship.
