Fly through the sky to our outer galaxies, swim in the depths of the ocean with ancient and unknown sea creatures, or go back in time to walk with the prehistoric dinosaurs. In our dreams, we can live many thoughts and perceptions. We can work through things that feel too hard or difficult while we are awake. Things that may not make sense in the waking state make perfect sense in the dream state. Learning to enjoy, or even morph or mold our dreams helps us to embrace our higher consciousness and problem solve as we grow into a more well-rounded person in the awakened state. There are many herbs and foods that can be helpful to enhance our dream state. This yummy and delicious Lucid Dream Elixir was designed to help you do just that. Make a big batch and share it with all your friends that are curious about diving in deeper to dream land and lucid dreaming. Watch me live on KGW8 with Cassidy Quinn on Wednesday October 30th at 5pm, for a live clip from The Herb Shoppe for this month’s product making tip!
