You make think that Epsom Salts are just fancy words for sodium but actually these salts contain an amazing and healing mineral compound called magnesium sulfate. This compound is what helps to soothe achy muscles as well as improving your mood, your immunity and even boosting your ATP production – giving you more energy! Magnesium is critical to proper nerve functioning so large doses lead to deep relaxation and later a feeling of complete renewal! Combine Epsom Salts with uplifting aromatic herbs such as lemongrass or damiana, soothing herbs such as lavender or rose petals, or energizing herbs such cedar, eucalyptus or peppermint for a bath that addresses whatever type of low mood you may be experiencing.
