Bring balance to your body with the Nourishing Balancer Detox tea blend. This herbal ballerina will tonify, detox and gently cleanse your body. A great side kick for all detoxing plans.

Ingredients: Nettle leaf, Dandelion leaf, Burdock root, White oak bark, Red clover leaf, Calendula, Rosehips, Alfalfa leaf, Fennel seeds, Raspberry leaf, Neem leaf, Peppermint, Ginger root, Lemon peel Directions:

Brew by the cup: 1-3 teaspoons per cup

OR Make a medicinal batch and drink over the coarse of 3 nights:

Put 4-5 Tablespoons in a quart jar, pour almost boiling water over herbs and fill to the top, close up jar and steep overnight. Strain in the morning and store what you will not drink in the fridge. *Only keep for 3 days.
