Maca root was used by the ancient Incans to promote energy, stamina, and athletic performance. It is great for boosting libido and energy in people of any sex. It is often used for post-menopausal fatigue, especially mixed with shatavari. Maca is also high in protein, natural sugars, iron, potassium, iodine, magnesium, calcium, and fiber.
