Fucus vesiculosis 

Bladderwrack is high in minerals, including iodine, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, sulfur, silicon and iron. It is a good source of iodine for those struggling with hypothyroidism or goiter due to iodine deficiency.  Its high nutrient content makes it a useful ingredient in blends for rheumatism and arthritic complaints.
