Galium aparine 

Cleavers are a wonderful cooling alterative, helping to move lymph and purify the blood. In many parts of Europe, they are traditionally enjoyed as a springtime tonic. Cleavers exert a gentle diuretic effect and work to cool and shrink inflamed tissue.  This makes them an excellent choice for supporting the urinary tract, kidneys, and prostate. Though fresh cleavers are a bit prickly, they are technically edible, and so are generally considered a very safe and gentle herb.
