Inula helenium 

Elecampane is specific for the lungs. It is a great tonic for rebuilding lung tissue from damage, and can also be effective against various types of cough. Through its soothing, anti-bacterial, and expectorant properties, elecampane helps clear mucus from the respiratory system while simultaneously calming inflamed tissues and fighting infection. Elecampane is often used in combination with other lung-specific herbs, such as horehound, coltsfoot, and yarrow.
