A common brown algae high in vitamins, minerals, and micro nutrients. Very well know for its iodine content, and so often recommended for supporting healthy thyroid function. Kelp is overall gently cleansing and supportive, and excellent for soothing and healing an inflamed gastrointestinal tract. Add a little to a salt shaker for a salt alternative.
