WHAT IS A RETROGRADE?
A retrograde happens when a planet slows its rate of travel and appears from our vantage point here on Earth to move backwards. Retrograde is an RX, a prescription to slow down and to listen more deeply. As planets station retrograde, their vitality becomes directed deeper into the mind, toward the unconscious, which is why this becomes a ripe time for reflection, a potent time to slow down, a time to be receptive to our processes and our perception of situations and people, especially ourselves. Do not make any assumptions during this time. Act with more awareness and mindfulness and take time for deeper communication with friends and community.
Observe rhythms, especially the slower rhythms. Meditate and allow visions to come to you.
