Viburnum opulus 

Cramp bark is an antispasmodic and relaxant with a strong affinity for the uterus, calming and relaxing it during painful menstruation.  Cramp bark is not just useful for uterine cramps, but for spasmodic conditions anywhere in the body, including asthma and coughing spasms, back pain and spasms, general muscle tension, and tension headaches. Because of its nervine action and slight sedative properties, it may also be effective against heart palpitations.
